Hokkaido Farm

At the Hokkaido farm where the short summer ends and the harvest peaks, the ginseng harvest is at its peak. At Mt. Yotei, autumnal leaves have begun to lightly, and we have a cold morning this morning at 7 degrees. The leaves of the image are carrot leaves and butternuts, which are awaiting harvest.

Tamba Farm

In Tamba Farm in March, the day when the sun gets a lot is increasing, and spring crops are growing well. We also carry out test cultivation for the next crop.

Tango Farm

Sesame and other colored peppers, which are the first to challenge cultivation, are well grown. The number of romaine lettuce currently being harvested is limited, but please be sure to try it when you see it.

Rokkaku Farm

In the hexagonal farm in March, the weather changes rapidly, such as sunny and cold days, but preparation for spring cropping is progressing smoothly. The strawberries in the greenhouse have come to fruition well.

Keihoku Farm

On the 10th of September at the Keihoku Farm, we harvested rice. We planted rice on May 10, and 4 months have passed. Even the small seedlings grew up with the clear stream of the upper Katsura River and the natural features of the Yamakuni region, and with a brilliant golden ear. Ears that have been mechanically cut have about 25% moisture. Dry it with a machine to about 15%, and remove the rice husk to make it look like the brown rice you are always seeing. It is marketed as “Yamakuni Rice” at Kyoto Yaichi Main Building. This new rice will soon be in store, so please try it once.
